How it Works
We Pick Up
You decide how frequently you would like service (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) and we will come on the designated pick up day.
We Clean
We check your pockets to ensure nothing ends up in the wash that shouldn’t, sort darks and lights, and wash, dry and fold your clothes.
We Deliver
We offer contactless delivery. We will notify you when the driver is en route to deliver your order on your pre-arranged delivery date. Standard turnaround time is 2-3 business days. For an additional fee, next day rush delivery is available.
FAQ
The capacity of a household washing machine is about 10 to 15 pounds of clothing. Most individuals have 4 or 5 loads of laundry per month or 40 to 50 pounds.
No, we charge the plan amount and that is it. No service fee or pickup and delivery fee. You only pay the subscription amount.
The plan is month-to-month and is for a thirty-day period. The renewal will occur automatically on your renewal date using the credit card we have on file.
We will deliver your personalized reusable wash and fold bag and a reusable dry clean garment bag prior to your first scheduled service. If you do not know which items need to be dry cleaned vs. wash and fold, we can separate that for you. Just let us know.
Fill the wash and fold bag with your dirty laundry and set it out on your pick up day. You will receive a notification when the driver is on the way and a confirmation when your order is received into the store. On the delivery day, you will receive another notification when the driver is on the way, and a confirmation receipt when your order is delivered.
**Please note that dry cleaned items are not part of the subscription service and you will be charged the regular dry cleaning fees for these items.
You are in luck! Yes, unlike our competitors, we will include these items as part of your plan! Since these types of household items require a separate washer from your normal wash and fold clothes, we will charge a 15-pound minimum for these types of items if included as part of your subscription plan. If you do not want to use your plan allotted pounds for these types of items, you can still send them in for cleaning and be charged the regular rate. Household items include only bedding, comforters and pillows.
Email us at least one day prior to your renewal date and we’ll cancel your subscription for you. Any unused laundry plan poundage will be forfeited.
